- Minimum stay is 7 nights (14 nights for Christmas, Easter etc.)
- A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for a Christmas Booking)
- Guest will pay Check In and Check Out fees
- A Maid Service is available, but at an extra charge.
- Check in and check out fees will be paid by the guest
- A 1/2 day extra is charged if a late check out is required
- Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 10.00 a.m.
