Reservation Policy

  • Minimum stay is 7 nights (14 nights for Christmas, Easter etc.)
  • A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for a Christmas Booking)
  • Guest will pay Check In and Check Out fees
  • A Maid Service is available, but at an extra charge.
  • Check in and check out fees will be paid by the guest
  • A 1/2 day extra is charged if a late check out is required
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 60 days (90 days for a Christmas Booking) prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
  • For Cancellations received less than 60 days (90 days for a Christmas Booking) before arrival date or after arrival date all payments will be retained.

  • Payments can be made directly to me by Check.
  • Payments can be made by Credit Card.
